Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions 📋 By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms: Cancellation Policy ❌ Need to cancel? No problem! Full refund if you cancel 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded, unless you choose Flexible Mode, which gives you a 50% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before your session. Using the Studio & Equipment 🎧 Feel free to use all equipment during your session. Heads-up: No modifying cables, connections, or settings unless the studio supervisor says it’s okay! Technical Support 🛠️ We’ve got you covered for technical issues during your session. Need a custom setup? Make sure to book it in advance so we’re prepared to help. Recording Content 🎥 Mobile phone recordings are welcome. Want to use external cameras or equipment? Just ask us first! Your Responsibility 💡 You’re responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities. UNION reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements. File Management 💾 Save your work! UNION is not responsible for unsaved files. Save your projects on a personal drive at the end of each session. The system automatically cleans every 14 days. Regular clients can request storage options. Data Protection & Image Rights 🛡️ You can choose whether to allow UNION to use your image or content recorded during your session. We respect your data and image rights – everything is in safe hands! Intellectual Property ⚖️ By booking, you agree to comply with intellectual property laws. UNION is not responsible for any content recorded or distributed from the studio. You’re responsible for obtaining licenses for any copyrighted material used. Commercial Use 📢 No commercial use of UNION's name, logo, or image without permission. Share your personal content on social media – tagging @union.ibiza is always appreciated!
