Cancellation Policy
## Booking Terms and Conditions By making a booking, you agree to the following terms: **Cancellation Policy** You may cancel and receive a full refund if you do so at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable, unless you have selected the Flexible option, which allows a 50% refund if you cancel up to 24 hours before your session. **Studio and Equipment Use** You may use all studio equipment during your session. However, you must not modify cables, connections, or internal configurations unless expressly authorized by the studio supervisor. **Technical Support** General technical issues will be resolved during your session. If you require a specific or customized setup, please request it in advance to ensure proper preparation. **Content Recording** Recording with mobile phones is allowed. If you would like to bring external cameras or additional equipment, please contact us before your session. **Equipment Responsibility** You are responsible for any damage caused to the equipment, facilities, or studio property. UNION reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements if necessary. **File Management** Please make sure to save your work at the end of each session. UNION is not responsible for lost or unsaved files. Systems are automatically cleaned every 14 days. Regular clients may request storage options if needed. **Data Protection and Image Rights** You may choose whether or not to allow UNION to use your image or any content recorded during your session. Your personal data and image rights will always be respected and handled with care. **Intellectual Property** By booking, you agree to comply with intellectual property laws. UNION is not responsible for content created, recorded, or distributed from the studio. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for copyrighted material. **Commercial Use** Any commercial use of the UNION name, logo, brand, or visual identity requires prior approval. You are welcome to share personal content recorded at the studio on social media.
