A graduate in Management and co-founder of Radar MGMT, he is known for his vision and leadership, blending creativity, culture and business strategy to shape the Ibiza scene and its international growth.

Born in Ibiza, Diego Chacón is a sound engineer and the creator of UNION Ibiza, a space designed to connect technical precision with artistic expression and support the professional growth of DJs and producers. With teaching experience at various academies, he has developed training programs focused on precision and creativity. He has worked for many years in the logistics and production departments of Ibiza's leading clubs, gaining in-depth knowledge of sound production and large-scale events.
