Service Description
Basic Option – UNION Audiovisual Production. An affordable, high-quality solution for creating effective visual content with essential features. What’s included. Recording using UNION’s internal equipment, with two camera angles (fixed or mobile plus fixed). Filmmaker support from UNION for framing, recording and basic on-set assistance. Direct audio recording from the DJ booth using the Apollo or Focusrite interface and UNION’s recording equipment. Basic studio lighting to ensure proper visual presentation. Optional basic editing included. Two hours of full studio access, including one hour for setup and one hour for recording. Video production and photography provided by the professional team from Tantra Ibiza.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms and Conditions. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms. Cancellation policy. You can cancel and receive a full refund if you do so at least forty-eight hours before your session. Cancellations with less than forty-eight hours’ notice are non-refundable, unless you choose Flexible Mode, which allows a fifty percent refund if you cancel up to twenty-four hours before your session. Use of the studio and equipment. All equipment can be used during your session. Cables, connections and internal settings must not be altered unless authorised by the studio supervisor. Technical support. General technical issues will be addressed during your session. If you require a custom setup, it must be booked in advance so the team can prepare accordingly. Recording content. Mobile phone recordings are allowed. If you want to use external cameras or additional equipment, please ask in advance. Responsibility for equipment. You are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, facilities or studio property. UNION reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements when necessary. File management. Save your work at the end of each session. UNION is not responsible for unsaved or lost files. The system is automatically cleaned every fourteen days. Regular clients may request storage options if needed. Data protection and image rights. You may choose whether or not to allow UNION to use your image or any content recorded during your session. Your data and image rights are respected at all times. Intellectual property. By booking, you agree to comply with intellectual property laws. UNION is not responsible for any content recorded or distributed from the studio. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary licences for any copyrighted material used. Commercial use. The use of UNION’s name, logo or brand identity for commercial purposes requires prior authorisation. You may share your personal content on social media, and tagging @union.ibiza is appreciated.
