2. PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE

The site allows users to book space and technical services at UNION, a professional studio in Ibiza. Session bookings include the use of audio equipment, a conditioned area, technical assistance (when hired), and temporary access to the space according to the specified conditions.

  • Only professional and responsible use of the website and the contracted services is allowed.

  • It is not permitted to tamper with the wiring or perform any actions that may compromise the safety of the equipment or facilities.

  • Reservations are made exclusively online and always by prior appointment.

  • The booking system works through payment pre-authorizations via Wix Payments. The charge is only processed when the session is confirmed.

  • Free cancellation is only possible with more than 48 hours' notice. Otherwise, no-shows result in loss of the payment.

  • The client accepts these terms upon confirming the booking.

All website content (texts, images, logo, design, sounds) is the property of UNION or its respective owners. Reproduction without authorization is strictly prohibited.​

UNION is not responsible for system crashes, service interruptions, or damages caused by the user's misuse of the website or equipment.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and made accessible on the website.
